Olympic Gutter Cleaning (Tom Manning, Principal) provides custom residential and commercial gutter and roof cleaning services.
Invoice Payments
Invoices require payment in full, net-10. Thank you for your prompt payment! Account balances over 90-days past due are subject to a billing fee of $20.00 per month.

Force Majeure
Olympic Gutter shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, global pandemic, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature.
For the purpose of all Olympic Gutter client agreements events capable of constituting Force Majeure will amend existing SLA or MOU’s once required satisfaction of all three distinct criteria:
1. The event must be beyond the reasonable control of the affected party;
2. The affected party’s ability to perform its obligation under the contract must have been prevented, impeded or hindered by the event or circumstance; and
3. It becomes commercially impossible for the affected party to fulfill the MOU, and all reasonable steps to avoid the event or its consequences have been taken.
Limitation of Liability
The Client acknowledges and agrees that Olympic Gutter will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.
No Guarantee
The client acknowledges and agrees that Olympic Gutter cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Best efforts will be used but no results are promised.
